Naturally Dyed Lyocell-Linen
This soft, drapey material is dyed using plant extracts, a process which minimises the consumption of chemicals and energy.
How It's Made The lyocell-linen fabric is naturally dyed with tannin-rich extracts derived from gallnuts, nut-like growths found on oak and sumac trees. These plant galls are ground into a fine powder, which is then used by the mill to dye the material. Why We Use It We love innovative materials and methods. Plant-based dyes give fabrics a natural, delicate appearance. The colour is also stable and won't transfer onto other clothes, allowing it to be machine washed easily.
